These terms repeat the rules that the owners of Villa Rocamalera, Valentina and Michel, set out in their Airbnb listings. Bookings made through Airbnb are also subject to Airbnb’s own rules and terms.
Accommodation. Three separate homes on the estate are let to holiday guests: a villa for 6 guests (3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms), the “Pool & View” guest house for 4 guests (2 bedrooms and a sofa bed, 1.5 bathrooms) and the “Dream Valley” house for 4 guests (2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms).
Number of guests. At most 6 guests may stay overnight in the villa, and at most 4 guests in each of the “Pool & View” guest house and the “Dream Valley” house.
Check-in and check-out. Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out before 13:00. The owners send directions to the estate before arrival.
Shared areas. The saltwater pool and the pool house with its kitchen and barbecue area are shared by the guests of all homes. Please respect other guests and do not leave personal belongings in the shared areas.
House rules. No pets. No smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes. No parties or events.
Cancellation. The cancellation policy published on the “Cancellation policy” page applies.
Registration. The accommodation is entered in the Catalan register of tourist accommodation under number HUTG-053386. National registration number: ESFCTU00001700800086528500000000000000HUTG-053386-867.
